2024 Christmas Market

Unified Creative Exchange presented it’s first two-day Christmas Market in partnership with the Delaware Contemporary. Visitors explored offerings from over 60 talented artists, craft makers, businesses, featuring products, handmade treasures, unique gifts, delicious treats, festive drinks, music, and captivating visual art.

  • Facilitated and managed program site setup and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Managed all marketing and outreach.

  • Oversaw logistics, including production, vendor communications, scheduling and venue coordination.

2024 Wilmington Black Storytelling Residency

This seven-day residency provided an immersive learning environment designed to empower storytellers by exploring the profound role of Black storytelling as a transformative tool. Participants delved into how storytelling can enrich the living experience of Africans in the Diaspora, fostering cultural connection, identity, and growth.

  • Supported program documentation through professional photography and videography.

  • Oversaw travel logistics, including scheduling and transportation coordination.

2024 Global Business Development Art Activation

Unified Creative Exchange was honored to design, create, and install a one-day satellite art exhibition showcasing the work of 11 talented artists from across the tri-state area. This dynamic event took place during a highly anticipated networking event at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, offering attendees an inspiring intersection of art and business.

  • Space planning, consultation, and exhibition design.

  • Artwork selection and curation to highlight diverse talent and perspectives.

  • Design and fabrication of a transportable gallery wall system.

  • Coordination of artwork loans, transportation, and logistics to ensure a seamless installation and event execution.

2023 Wilmington Black Restaurant Week (WBR)

Wilmington City Council and the Office of Economic Development hosted Wilmington’s First Black Restaurant Week (WBRW) served as an incredible platform to celebrate the diversity and richness of Black culinary culture while supporting local Wilmington restaurants. This initiative highlighted the city's vibrant food scene, fostering connections between the community and local businesses.

Services Provided:

  • Facilitated and managed program site setup and breakdown to ensure smooth event operations.

  • Facilitated a dynamic panel discussion, bringing key voices to the community.

  • Coordinated with over 20 businesses, staff, and vendors to create a cohesive and successful event.

  • Facilitated attendee evaluations for the panel discussion to gather feedback and insights

2023 Boysie Lowery Living Jazz Residency

A two-week Artist residency created to provide space to grow the next generation of jazz artist who are both composers and performers. This program is provided by Cityfest, Inc and the City of Wilmington

Services provided:

  • Coordination of daily meals, and management of dietary needs

  • Facilitation and monitoring participant, safety and engagement

  • Facilitation of transportation to offsite trips

  • Provided on site management for all program needs, support, etc.
